Frequently asked questions

  • Where is my data stored?
    When signed in, notes sync to the cloud (Supabase). As a guest, data stays on your device only and may be lost when the app closes.
  • My notes disappeared.
    Check that you are signed in, and look in the Trash on the home screen. If you still cannot recover them, email us.
  • My purchase is not reflected.
    Restart the app. If the plan still does not appear, contact us with the email address used for the purchase.
  • How do I cancel a subscription?
    For App Store purchases, use macOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Otherwise, manage it from Plans inside the app.
  • I received an inappropriate chat message.
    Report it to the email above. We will take action, including suspending the sender's account.
